The DOJO To Go™ was designed by trainers to be the world's most versatile punching bag and training system. It is a great tool to improve precision kick and punch accuracy and the perfect centerpiece for any fitness training studio or program. No matter what type of fitness program you run or are interested in, whether it is cardio-kickboxing, cross-training, hardcore MMA or martial arts, the DOJO To Go™ is up to the task.

Our system is designed not only be versatile, but also save you time, money, and space. It combines products typically found in a fitness training studio— target paddles, punching bags and mat and creates a system that takes up less room, and allows for a number of training scenarios. For example, the target paddles can be adjusted to any angle or height within the adjustment range. They are held in position by our patent-pending PadLok™ locking system. This allows you or your students to practice both high and low target placement for specific strike applications. It is designed durably for years of use and abuse. Since 2010, we have manufactured our systems from only top quality materials, right here in the USA.

Paddles may also be removed to accommodate the wrap-around map to be attached, which converts the DOJO To Go™ into a heavy punching bag. Sliding the mat up or down, in combination with the target paddles can help you create different training scenarios. The mat has a breathable Vipol™ back that adheres to the center pedestal. This breathable backing allows the compressed air to escape through the back of the mat, which prevents it from expanding when impacted. In addition, the massive water ballast prevents tipping and sliding.
